1. Services Offered

Pitch Minds provides professional services related to pitch deck creation, including but not limited to:

• Startup Pitch Decks (Investor decks, fundraising decks, etc.)

• Partnership & Collaboration Decks

• Company Profile Decks

• Sales & Marketing Decks

• Business Proposal Decks

• Any other custom deck as agreed upon with the client

All services are customized based on client requirements and delivered within the agreed-upon timeline.

2. Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is required before the start of work.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for the pitch deck.

• Delays in providing necessary materials may impact project timelines.

• Revisions must be requested within the specified revision period (see Section 4).

4. Revisions & Modifications

• Revisions are allowed for:

• 15 days from the date of handover for the Standard Plan.

• 30 days from the date of handover for the Customized Plan.

• Additional revisions beyond the specified period will incur extra charges.

• Major structural changes after the initial design phase may require additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Clients retain ownership of the content provided for the pitch deck.

• Pitch Minds retains the right to use non-confidential, generic versions of designs for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Unauthorized distribution or resale of our services or templates is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

• Pitch Minds will maintain confidentiality of all client data and business information.

• Any NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) requests must be agreed upon before project commencement.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• Our services are provided on a best-effort basis, and we do not guarantee funding, investments, or business success.

• We are not responsible for any financial, business, or legal consequences resulting from the use of our pitch decks.

• We do not offer refunds once work has started, except in cases of proven service failure.

8. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate services with a written notice. If the client terminates the project, no refunds will be issued.

• If Pitch Minds terminates the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Delhi, India
